Would you mind stamping this, jochen@/foolip@/yoav@/tyoshino@/whoever else might
be watching and awake? There's no actual code change, I'm just pulling in the
fetch tests from WPT, and updating expectations accordingly. We fail some tests,
we skip others, but this gives us a baseline to improve on over time.
